Your Aurora product is warranted against defect in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original purchase date.

The warranty is only valid if the warranty card is completed and mailed to Aurora within 7 days  from the original purchase date.

*For warranty , the laminating machine there will have a warranty card provided which will be place inside the box, you will need to fill up the warranty card and mail to Aurora.

For any issue with the machine during the warranty period that require to fix the machine, please bring the machine and go directly to Aurora service center
